No Refund Policy

The Vivica A. Fox is a distributor and manufacturer of high quality wigs, extensions and hair pieces. The Vivica A. Fox Hair Collection sells directly to retailers, whole sale.

For this reason we do not offer refunds directly. Should there be an issue with any of our products; the purchaser is encouraged to contact and resolve issues with the retailer in which they purchased the VF hair product first.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from one of our retailers. It is your responsibility to read product descriptions, be knowledgeable or where you are purchasing from and maintain proper care of products purchased. 

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we may honor requests to EXCHANGE for the following reasons:

Major defects: Although our products are thoroughly tested and inspected before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Research and Development departmental approval. If you suspect that your product may have a manufacturing defect you MUST do the following to be eligible for an exchange:

Please state the specific issue that you have with the product along with the name of the product. A representative from the Customer Care department will contact you in regards to your specific issue to determine whether it may be a manufacturing defect or a care issue – which you the consumer are responsible for.  Should there be a possibility of a manufacturing defect you MUST:

·         Have your original receipt from the store that the wig was purchased from

·         Still have the hair product that was purchased

Refusal to provide BOTH requested items will result in your inability to qualify for an exchange.

You will be sent return postage label and be asked to send the Vivica A. Fox Hair Collection both the hair product and receipt. Once we have received the product, it will be evaluated by the Research and Development team. Should it be determined that the product in question be defective, you will be given the option of exchanging the product for another product from the Vivica A. Fox Hair Collection for lesser or equal value. Should the Research and Development team determine that the product is NOT defective; the product will be sent back to you at no cost to you.

At NO time, will cash or credit be given for a defective product. Exchange only.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on product misuse and retailer misinterpretations and mishandlings.
